Jerald D. Pearson has been fighting for the rights of his clients since 1977 and is admitted to practice law in multiple states and before State and Federal trial and appellate courts. He is an active member of numerous prestigious professional associations, including the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association, Trial Lawyers for Public Justice, and the American Trial Lawyers Association.

Theresa M. Buchner graduated with honors from Western State University College of Law in Fullerton, California in 1992, and has since established a successful career as a plaintiffs' personal injury attorney, and has handled hundreds of cases including medical and dental malpractice, product liability, and automobile and motorcycle accidents, among other personal injury arenas. She is a member of the California and Washington Bar Associations as well as the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association.

Michele G. Pearson has been successfully fighting for victims' rights since graduating from Seattle University School of Law in 2002. In addition to being the firm's managing partner, she presently works on complex litigation including wrongful death and medical negligence, and practices before both federal and state courts as well as various administrative agencies. Ms. Pearson has been a member of the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association.
